Councils decision of the 16th March 04 to Terminate Membership

“An active member of the Rotary Cub of Barnet & East Barnet since 1990 contributing to the life of the Club in many ways especially in the field of Publicity and Public Relations”. Club’s grounds July 04.

Pursuant to Appeal against Club Council decision in connection with 4 year out standing expenses claim and termination of membership the Umpire PDG Peter King appointed in accordance with Rotary Standard Constitution: Article 15 , S. 5 Determined: -

1 “Was it reasonable for the Member to seek to set off his fees against the Claim? My answer that that question is no”.

2 “Did the Club Council act in the reasonable exercise of its discretion in terminating the membership? My answer to that is no.”
